PULSE
If the product says '(Pulse)', it must be downloaded through the Pulse app. A Pulse Downloader account is required. You may download Pulse for free from https://pulsedownloader.com/. A redemption key or serial number will be provided in your receipt/order confirmation, which may be entered in Pulse to receive your product. Once redeemed, it is tied to your Pulse account for future re-download as needed.
REFUND POLICY
Only Kontakt-based products distributed via Pulse Downloader are eligible for a full refund; sales of VSTi, AU, and SFZ-based products are final.
You must request a refund within thirty (30) days of purchase, by contacting us at contact@versilstudios.net.
The refund will be returned via the payment method originally used within 7 business days of the refund being granted.
Refunds are only available for technical reasons, such as realizing your system does not meet the requirements (e.g. if you do not have the correct OS or version of Kontakt, etc.) or cannot run the instrument reliably or at all.
Refunds will not be granted for subjective reasons, such as the sound or feeling of the instrument, or imperfections in the samples. Please review all available demo and playthrough materials prior to making a purchase to ensure it is the right product for you.

VERSILIAN STUDIOS EULA
By accepting these Terms of Service, you agree to follow the End User License Agreement outlined below. This document encompasses the totality of the agreement between the End User and Versilian Studios LLC. and is subject to change without notice.
I. Definitions
PRODUCT means the entirety of the components furnished by Versilian Studios LLC to the End User including but not limited to the samples, installer, mapping, user interfaces, and manual.
VERSILIAN STUDIOS LLC., "Versilian Studios", "VS", or "we" refers to the limited liability company, registered in the State of Connecticut, that created this "product".
END USER, "user", or "you" is any individual, company, institution, or other group which purchases or by any means obtains access to any Versilian Studios Product.
INTENDED USE, or "use", is the practice of utilizing the Product in accordance with the the terms below, procedures and capabilities as demonstrated in the User Manual, official product webpage, general industry best practices, and any applicable local laws or regulations. Typically, intended use encompasses the generation of digital audio representations of musical compositions or sound design elements, commonly referred to as "mockups" or "sound effects" respectively.
MISUSE is the practice of utilizing the Product in any way which may contribute to or be correlated with harm, injury, damages (realized or illusory) towards any party, or contrary to the terms below, or contrary to industry best practices or any applicable local laws or regulations.
II. Terms
1) LICENSE. You are hereby granted a single license to install and use this product in accordance with these Terms and the intended use.
a) Each license may either: (i) be used by a single individual on multiple personal systems, or (ii) be used on a single workstation shared by multiple users.
b) The Product, including all components therein, remains the exclusive intellectual property of Versilian Studios for all eternity in all places.
c) Any work created using this product as an End User in accordance with intended use, shall remain your property with no obligation or expectation of royalties, attributions, or any other form of compensation to Us for all eternity in all places.
d) It is strictly forbidden to use this product in any method contrary to intended use (i.e. misuse), or which may cause harm or injury to any party.
e) Versilian Studios reserves the right to revoke your license and access to product at any time if you are suspected of engaging in, assisting, or facilitating internet piracy or intellectual property theft with no refund or warning.
2) REDISTRIBUTION. You are not permitted to redistribute, resell, or otherwise share this product with any other party, or take it apart or modify it in any way from its original intended purposes.
a) It is not permitted to resample individual samples or multiple portions thereof with the intention of distributing or sharing such resampled sounds publicly as part of any "sample pack" or "sample library".
b) You are permitted to modify the product within the Kontakt sampler interface, or, where access to .wav samples is provided, make your own conversions to other sampler formats for individual use only.
c) Products which are in the form of Official 3rd Party Kontakt Libraries, i.e. Kontakt Libraries which have been authorized and licensed through Native Instruments, may be resold with special approval by Versilian Studios and Native Instruments. Versilian Studios must be contacted at least seven (7) days prior to sale to arrange the revocation and release of license.
3) NO TRAINING AI. It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to use all and any Products, its contents, or any material derived through use or misuse of said product, for the purposes of training or facilitating Artificial Intelligence (AI) development or research.
4) REFUNDS/RETURNS. We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for our products in VSTi, AU, or SFZ formats, or any product distributed via direct download. Only products for Kontakt or Kontakt Player, purchased directly from Versilian Studios webstore (and nowhere else) and delivered via Pulse Downloader (and nowhere else), can be refunded.
a) Refunds shall only be considered for technical reasons, such as but not limited to system/software incompatibility preventing you from using said product as intended ("intended use") and shown in demos and marketing materials.
b) Refunds must be requested within thirty (30) days of purchase.
c) If there is a critical technical issue with a product within thirty (30) days of its initial release and we determine it must be removed from sale, you will be personally notified by a member of Versilian Studios on how to redeem your refund/exchange.
d) We reserve the right to override this refund policy or reject any refund request on a case-by-case basis such as but not limited to cases of suspected software piracy/intellectual property theft.
5) ROYALTY FREE USE. You are permitted to use rendered audio generated and/or captured from this product for both commercial and non-commercial projects, royalty-free and without any restrictions.
6) ATTRIBUTION. It is welcomed, but not required in any way, shape, or form, that you provide credit to Versilian Studios and the product that you used when you publish a track utilizing it publicly on the internet, when appropriate and possible to do so.
7) LIABILITY. We cannot be held liable for any damages, injuries, losses, fees, tariffs, accidents, crashes, failures, or instabilities of any other software or hardware, intergalactic warfare, or any other negative outcome resulting from or correlated with use or misuse of our software.
a) We do not claim that this product will ensure your spot in heaven, raise the dead, "make u sound pro liek mr. big producer dewd", or destroy evil zombie Bach when he takes over the world with his fugues of doom.
8) SEVERABILITY. In the event any provision of this Agreement is determined to be void or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the remainder of this Agreement, which shall continue to be in force.
